Yes, you can choose the builder of your choice to build your home in accordance with the covenants that are attached to your property. All building plans need to be approved by the X.

Yes. In order to ensure sustainable development of this pristine forest and land, we have outlined covenants that all property owners must adhere to.

Are short term rentals (e.g. AirBnB) allowed?
No. Short term rental homes are available to residents at the communal property.

Will there be a fee to pay for the maintenance of the roads, park, trails and docks?
