Why did we buy our dream property at Falcon Ridge in Notre-Dame-du-Laus?

My wife and I were looking for a special property to build our dream home on the edge of Lac des Sables, in Notre-Dame-du-Laus, as we have known this beautiful area for over 10 years. We also wanted to be part of a community of like-minded people who love nature, peace and harmony. It was in October of last year, when we discovered this amazing project directly on Lac des Sables called Falcon Ridge. We immediately fell in love with a magnificent water side property and we purchased it. However, it is one thing to acquire a property that we love but it is important as well for us to buy it from people with whom we resonate. We are so grateful that we purchased our property from Mike and Kathy, a very nice couple from Chelsea, Quebec, who we immediately connected with. It is as if we have known each other for years. We unfortunately ran into some challenges before we could officially purchase our property but we can say that Mike and Kathy were very supportive, patient and resourceful individuals. We are so very happy that after purchasing our property from Mike and Kathy that our dream home project has started in January.
