We're Michael and Kathy. As the parents of two teenagers, who are passionate about the environment, we are excited to welcome you to our real estate development project -- Falcon Ridge. 

This project, for us, is an opportunity to reinforce through a real example that we can develop differently, within a rural environment, in a way that respects nature.  We are keen to showcase the natural beauty, to value the ecological assets and services that we rely on for a healthy and active lifestyle.  All provided by this breathtaking property.  We want to ensure that people can be part of a community that provides access to beautiful waterfront and spectacular landscapes at affordable prices.

The Covid pandemic reminded us of the importance of nature.  It has been a coveted place where we have sought refuge. We have also discovered the benefits of remote work arrangements and how they have reminded us of what is important -- work life balance.  The increased desire for people to leave the urban centers and seek out nature have reinforced everyone's desire for this new way of life.  We are hopeful that Falcon Ridge will, every day, provide you with a Cottage Life. For Life.
