We're Michael and Kathy. As the parents of two teenagers, who are passionate about the environment, we are excited to welcome you to our real estate development project — Falcon Ridge. 

This project, for us, is an opportunity to reinforce through a real example that we can develop differently, within a rural environment, in a way that respects nature without compromising on luxury.  Falcon Ridge is a first of its kind, it offers amenities that provide a luxury resort experience for all residents while living in harmony with nature. We are keen to showcase the natural beauty of Falcon Ridge and its surrounding nature reserves which, together, promote a healthy and active lifestyle.  We want to ensure that Falcon Ridge  builds a sense of community among its residents and that everyone has access to the water to easily explore the spectacular untouched landscapes of Lac du Poisson Blanc. 

 

The pandemic reminded us of the importance of nature.  It has been a coveted place where we have sought refuge. We have also discovered the benefits of remote work arrangements and how they can allow us to achieve work life balance.  The increased desire for people to leave the urban centers and seek out nature have reinforced everyone's desire to "Live Well".  We are hopeful that Falcon Ridge will, every day, demonstrate what it means to "Live Well".
