The Vision

Mike and Kathy first discovered this hidden stretch of property by chance, wandering into a place that felt untouched – where time stood still. It wasn’t just another Canadian gem, but a rare sanctuary of forests and wetlands, surrounded by protected Crown land that seemed to belong to another time.

 

They knew immediately that if they didn’t step in, another developer eventually would – and the fragile character of the land would be lost. So they chose a different path. Mike & Kathy purchased the property in 2022, not to exploit it, but rather to develop it sustainably for their children and future grandchildren.

Falcon Ridge was born from that vision: a carefully planned community where families can build a legacy, where wetlands and forests remain intact, and where their own children – and yours – can treasure this place for generations to come.

Meet The Founders

We are Michael and Kathy. The pandemic refocused our lives and our need to reconnect with nature. We chose to buy this 135 acre property having fallen in love with its pristine mature forest & landscape. The estate is defined by two ridges that gently slope towards the lake, offering views and access to over 100km² of navigable water. Although Canada is known for its abundance of lakes, few have such an expansive shoreline protected by the government.  Knowing that what we see now will continue to be protected for years to come, we decided to do our part for conservation.  Guided by a biodiversity assessment of the estate, we decided to preserve 20 percent of the land and, together with our partners, are offering homes that blend seamlessly into the forest—designed to exist in harmony with nature. Our goal is simple: leave a place our children and yours can return to for generations.

Location

The shoreline sits next to the Poisson Blanc Regional Park, known for canoeing, hiking, and winter trails. This brings genuine four-season use without resort crowds.
