Falcon Ridge is located on Lac des Sables, which provides access to over 100 km2 of navigable water* surrounded by extraordinary Canadian landscapes, namely the Poisson Blanc Regional Park nature reserve which safeguards its pristine natural environment

*100 km2 of navigable water is equivalent to the surface area of the Muskokas in Ontario or Lake Memphremagog in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.

Access to this pristine area is limited with only two public access points.

Each model home has a valid building permit having been sited on an individual lot:

Model 1 : 1630 sq ft (151.4 m2) - on lot 15:
Model 2 : 2383 sq ft (221.4 m2) - on lot 7
Model 3 : 3055 sq ft (283.8 m2) - on lot 1

Should clients wish to place an existing model home on a different lot, only a few weeks of additional time is required to obtain building permits for a new site selection.

We are creating a community where all property owners (who are not allowed to rent on a short term basis as per municipal bylaws) will have access to a community property offering the following amenities, once 80 percent of the properties are sold:

a sauna;
a shared dock.

Residents will have access to the estate via a secure entrance and will also have access to nature trails throughout the property.

Residents can, if extra accommodations are needed for their guests, rent one or two cottages already built at the property (privately owned by Michael and Kathy), at a preferred rate.
